I wanted to take a minute to post some of my top tips on ways to help not only slow down aging, and also reverse its damaging effects on our bodies. Do you ever wonder how certain celebrities maintain their youthful appearance as the years pass by? Certain Hollywood stars seem to have been blessed with the fountain of youth and look younger by the day. So how do they do it? Below we’ll be telling you how by sharing some of the top celebrity anti-aging secrets with you.
One of the biggest celebrity anti-aging secrets is to drink plenty of water. Halle Berry and Gwyneth Paltrow both make it a priority to stay hydrated during the day and attribute this as one of the biggest reasons for their beautiful, glowing complexions.
This really is no surprise as your skin thrives on moisture and the more water it has available, the more vibrant and youthful it will look. So, make sure you’re getting at least eight glasses of water per day to keep your skin looking youthful.

Try this simple workout routine to keep you looking young and flawless:
- Squats. 3 sets of 8-10 reps. 2 minutes rest between sets.
- Bench Press. 3 sets of 8-10 reps. 2 minutes rest between sets.
- Rows. 3 sets of 8-10 reps. 2 minutes rest between sets.
- Triceps Press Downs. 1 set of 10-12 reps.
- Calf Raises. 1-2 sets of 10-12 reps. 1-minute rest between sets.
Avoid Processed Foods
Processed foods damage your skin and accelerate the visible signs of aging. By cutting alcohol, refined sugar and other harmful processed foods out of your diet, you’ll quickly start to look and feel younger.
Many celebrities with smooth, young looking skin are well aware of this anti-aging secret and eat accordingly. Gwyneth Paltrow eats a whole foods diet while Halle Berry avoids sugar completely and Jennifer Lopez sticks to a high protein diet.
Take Care of Your Skin
While diet and exercise are incredibly important for graceful aging, a good skin care regimen is also essential. To keep your skin looking its freshest you need to be moisturizing on a daily basis and exfoliating at least once a week. This will clear out dead skin cells, nourish fresh skin cells and keep your skin soft, supple and youthful.
