Wild Berry Balancing Smoothie Bowl

Gluten-Free, Vegan, Serves 4

Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe bananas, frozen
  • 1 cup mixed wild berries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • Toppings: sliced fresh fruit, shredded coconut, granola, nuts, seeds, etc.

Directions:

Combine the frozen bananas, mixed wild berries, unsweetened almond milk, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and agave syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add more almond milk as needed to achieve your desired consistency. Pour the smoothie mixture into serving bowls. Top the smoothie bowls with your favorite toppings, such as sliced fresh fruit, shredded coconut, granola, nuts, seeds, etc.
