- 1/2 Beet Chopped and Frozen
- 1 Cup Frozen Watermelon
- 6 Mint Leaves
- 1/4 Cup Spinach
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/4 Watermelon Bia
Directions:
Blend all together and enjoy. I find it’s easier if you cut the watermelon small and let it lay flat in the freezer.
