Gluten Free Vegan Makes 8 Tbsp
- 2 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds Soaked
- 6 Tbsp Full Fat Coconut Milk
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
Directions:
Soak sunflower seeds in water for at least 10 minutes, rinse and drain. Add all ingredients into a blender and mix until completely combined. If you would like it to be thicker you can pour caramel into a small glass bowl. Using a double boiler, heat caramel stirring frequently. Once desired thickness has been almost reached remove from heat and let cool for 5-10 minutes (it will thicken more once cooled).
