- Juice of 1 Clementine
- 2 Tbsp Persimmon Puree
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
- 8 oz Bai Coconut Water
- Cinnamon Stick
- Star Anise
- Orange Peel
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice and blend well. Serve cold for an adult version add in 2 oz bourbon of choice.
