Eat Your Way To Better Health

Rebalancing Bath Soak

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Epsom salt
  • 1/2 cup sea salt or Himalayan pink salt
  • 1/4 cup baking soda
  • 10 drops clary sage essential oil
  • 5 drops lavender essential oil
  • Dried lavender flowers

Directions:

Add the Epsom salt, sea salt, Himalayan pink salt, and baking soda to the mixing bowl. Stir well to ensure they are evenly mixed. Add ten drops of clary sage essential oil to the salt mixture. If desired, add five drops of lavender essential oil for additional relaxation. Stir thoroughly to distribute the essential oils evenly throughout the salts. If you’re using dried lavender flowers for visual appeal and additional fragrance, add them to the mixture and stir until evenly distributed. Once everything is mixed, transfer the Clary Sage Bath Soak into a clean, airtight jar or container. Make sure the container is clean and dry before adding the bath soak.
