During these consult calls, we will go over any health issues you may be dealing with while also breaking down some ways for you to support your overall health and happiness. To be clear, these calls will not include a meal plan, recipes, or even a health care plan/routine. I will always email you with a breakdown of everything we covered during the call and a recording of the call upon request.
