Gluten Free Vegan Serves 2
- 1 Rib of Celery
- ½ Cucumber
- 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple
- ½ Lemon Peeled
- 2 Tbsp Parsley
- 1 Inch Piece Ginger Peeled
- 2 Cups Bia Coconut Pineapple Water
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix well. I like mine to be cold so I cut and prep everything the night before and throw it into a reusable freezer friendly bag (silicon works great!) and toss it in the blender in the mornings!
