Gluten-free, Vegan, Serves 6-8
- 16 oz vegan cream cheese room temp
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 3 oz peach flavored agar
- 1/3 cup coconut cream
- 2 tsp pure vanilla
- 8 oz coconut whipped cream
- 2 cups sliced peaches
- 9-inch gluten-free graham cracker crumb crust
Directions:
In a large bowl blend the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, agar, and cream. Once mixed well fold in whipped cream until combined. Spread the mixture into the pie crust and top with peach slices. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours prior to serving.
