Gluten-Free, Vegan, Serves 10
- 10 ounces of fresh-squeezed Orange Juice
- 1 quart Coconut Lime Water
- 20 Kumquats halved
- 1 cup Mint leaves
- 2 Limes cut into 10 wedges
- 1 ¾ cup Coconut Rum
Directions:
In a large pitcher, combine mint leaves and kumquats. I was using a wooden spoon to muddle the mixture. Pour orange juice, rum, water, and squeeze lime wedges into the pitcher. Add ice and serve chilled.
