Gluten-Free, Vegan, Serves 4
- 8 Kiwis, peeled
- 4 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 4 Tbsp Full Fat Coconut milk
Directions:
Cube peeled kiwi and lay flat onto a baking sheet and let freeze. Once frozen combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately or pour into an icecube tray and refreeze. When ready to use pop into a blender and serve.
