- 1/2 cup frozen peaches
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 3/4 cup canned full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 Tbsp fresh ginger
- 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon zest
- 2 Tbsp vanilla protein powder of choice
- 1/2 Tbsp maple date syrup
- 1 Tbsp ground chia seeds
