Gluten-Free, Vegan, Serves 6
Sugared Cranberries:
- 1 cup Stevia Monk Fruit
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup xylitol sugar
Margaritas:
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2-4 Tbsp Stevia Monk Fruit
- 3/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 16 ounces coconut bia water
*Adult version 12 ounces silver tequila and 4 ounces orange liquor
Directions:
Bring 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of sugar to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool for 1-2 minutes. Stir cranberries into the simple syrup and let sit for 1-2 hours or overnight. Strain berries and toss in the rest of the sugar. Allow cranberries to dry for at least 1 hour.
Combine all the ingredients for the margaritas into a pitcher and stir to combine. Place orange slices into the pitcher and serve over ice. Garnish with berries and a lime wedge (you can also do a sugar rim if you like).
