- ¼ Cup Maple Syrup
- 1 Cup Shredded Coconut (unsweetened)
- ½ Cup Vegan Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degree F. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and spoon out portions onto a pretreated non-stick baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool and enjoy!
