Vegan Gluten Free Serving :4
- 1 Cup Full Fat Coconut Milk
- 2 Frozen Ripe Bananas (The riper they are the sweeter it will be)
- 1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 2 Cups Frozen Cherries
- 1 Tablespoon Pure Vanilla
- 8 ounces Vegan Dark Chocolate
Directions:
Blend frozen fruit, vanilla, and milk together. I like chunks of cherries so I add the cherries last and blend them shorter. Add in chocolate chips (I use Vegan chocolate chips) and pour into popsicle mold. Let set up in freezer for 4-6 hours. In a double boiler, melt dark chocolate and dip popsicles. Let set up again for 5 minutes in freezer and enjoy!
