Ingredients:
- 2/3 cups Baking Soda
- 2 tsp Coconut Oil Raw
- 1/2 cup Arrowroot
- 1/3 cup Epsom Salt
- 2 tsp Water
- 15 drops Breathe Essential Oil
- Spray Bottle Filled with Water
Directions:
Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and all the wet ingredients in another bowl. Add the wet ingredients to the dry slowly while stirring with a whisk. Knead the mixture until it has the texture of mildly wet sand and clumps together when pressed. If the mixture is too dry, spray it with water until it clumps together and holds. Form the mixture into desired shapes using a mold if desired. Let dry for 1-2 if in a mold before de-molding, after which allow to dry overnight. Drop it into the bath or leave it on the shower floor to help open your airways.
