Ingredients:
- 2 large ripe pears
- 1/4 cup raw pecans
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 Tbs maple syrup
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Directions:
Line cookie sheet with non stick foil. Preheat oven to 350 f. Cut pears in half and remove core with seeds. Fill pear with crushed pecans, drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 20 – 30 minutes
Serve with coconut ice cream.
