Gluten Free Vegan
- 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Fractionated Coconut Oil
- 1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
- 2 Apples (sliced into thin rings or wedges)
- 1 Tbsp Sea Salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a bowl toss apple slices in oil and vinegar. Once coated add salt and cinnamon. Give another good toss and place on parchment paper lined cookie sheets (I end up using two). Place cookie sheets into the oven and bake until desired texture is achieved (I like mine crispy so I cut them thin and bake them until golden brown). It is important to use parchment paper to prevent them from sticking or breaking while baking. I have tried everything else and this makes them turn out like chips. Let cool or enjoy warm.
