Lab Results Breakdown
Are you looking to have someone go over your lab results? While I cover this in all of my one-on-one coachings as part of the cost. There are still individuals who are looking for a second opinion or just want someone to translate what their results mean in regards to their health. If this is you, now you have an option to just go over lab results. Please keep in mind this does not cover the cost of lab tests.
Consult Call
There may be some of you who are not looking for all the bells and whistles. I get it, some people are not looking to have a customized meal plan created for them nor do they want personalized recipes to choose from. If this sounds like you then you can book an hour-long consult call with me to go over your current health needs. This will be a lot like how our first call was. No recipes, no long-term care plan creation, just feedback and suggestions to apply today. You will notice that I provide a price break when you purchase the monthly coaching for a reason. It is designed to help you get the most out of every minute with me!
Meal Plans & Recipe Creation
For those of you who work better with a plan and don’t have the ability to constantly check in with me, this is your next best option. Each plan is designed to fit your personalized health goals as well as your taste buds. I am constantly putting together recipes with you in mind. Food can be such a powerful tool when we use it correctly. Let me show you how to do just that!
I focus on SIX key areas for your health:
- Nutrition. Everyone has to eat, so why not choose foods that are going to work for you rather than against your health goals?
- Supplements. While I am all for eating your way to a better health, there is a limit to how much you can eat!
- Stress reduction & mindset. Stress is a part of all our lives and how we deal with it determines our ability to succeed.
- Sleep. There is a reason we spend a third of our lives sleeping, we need sleep!
- Exercise. Movement does more than just help us reach our fitness goals. There is a method to the madness I promise.
- Hormones. Often over looked, hormones and their interactions are at the heart of every asspect of our health. When they are out of balance it can lead to a number of health issues.
