Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup chopped almonds
- Optional: 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt until well combined. Add the almond milk and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. If the dough is too dry, you can add a little more almond milk, one tablespoon at a time, until it comes together. Fold in the chopped almonds and dairy-free chocolate chips if using.
