Ingredients:
- 1 cup baking soda
- 1/2 cup citric acid
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup Epsom salt
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 10-15 drops marjoram essential oil
- Dried marjoram leaves
Directions:
Combine the baking soda, citric acid, cornstarch, and Epsom salt in the mixing bowl. Mix well to ensure all dry ingredients are evenly distributed. Drizzle the melted coconut oil over the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly with a spoon or gloved hands until the mixture resembles wet sand and holds its shape when squeezed. Add 10-15 drops of marjoram essential oil to the mixture. Adjust the amount according to your preference for scent strength. Mix well to distribute the essential oil throughout the mixture evenly.
If desired, add a small amount of dried marjoram leaves to the mixture for visual appeal and added fragrance. Mix well to incorporate. Take small handfuls of the mixture and press them firmly into bath bomb molds or silicone ice cube trays. Pack the mixture tightly to ensure the bath bombs hold their shape. Allow the bath bombs to dry and harden in the molds for at least 24 hours. You can speed up the process by placing them in the refrigerator for a few hours.
