- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Ice cubes
Directions:
