  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 14 oz can diced tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
