Refreshed and Invigorating Scrub

  • 1 cup Epsom Salt
  • 5 drops Peppermint Essential oil
  • 4 drops Lavender Essential oil
  • 1 cup Raw Coconut Oil
  • 6 drops grapefruit Essential oil
  • 8 drops Vitamin E oil
  • 6 drops Lemongrass Essential Oil

Directions:

In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well together. Transfer the mixture to a container and use it regularly. If you are looking for a bath salt to soak into, remove the coconut oil from the mix and use 1-2 tablespoons per bath.
