Citrus Smash

Gluten-Free, Vegan, Serves 1

  • 1 blood orange zest and juice
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger paste
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 2 Tbsp pomegranate juice
  • 1 Tbsp date syrup
  • 8 ounces sparkling water

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in a glass. Stir well and add ice. For an adult version, add 2 ounces of vodka.
