Gluten-Free, Vegan, Serves 1
- 1 Tbsp dried hibiscus flowers (or 1 hibiscus tea bag)
- 2 Tbsp Stevia Monk Fruit Sugar
- ¼ cup Orange Juice
- ½ a lime juiced
- ¼ cup Pineapple juice
- 3 oz coconut water (or coconut rum for adults)
Directions:
Brew the tea in 1/2 cup of boiling water with sugar. Allow the tea to steep for 10 minutes and discard leaves. Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker and mix well. Sever over ice and top with a lime wedge and fresh herbs (or a flower).
