Did you know your body is constantly trying to tell you something? Your body is without a doubt your greatest supporter. Whether you are aware or not your body is constantly trying to help you live your best life. Now, it might not always seem like it. But your body is a machine that can only do what it is told or preprogrammed to do.
As such, your body will throw out warning signs when something starts to go offline. Unfortunately, most of us don’t know what to look out for or even how to fix things before they get really out of hand. The harsh reality is that even in med school no one taught us what to look out for only what to do when things fall apart. In modern medicine, we are taught to approach the problem only after things get extreme. Even then we approach the problem backward.
Signs VS Symptoms
More often than not we spend the majority of the time just treating the signs and symptoms that pop up from the root of the problem. Most individuals think that the symptoms are the problems so when they go away they think everything is better. Only to have the same symptoms come back even stronger which just repeats the cycle. Unfortunately, more often than not the medical community fixates on providing temporary relief to their patients.
Personally, I fell into this same cycle on the patient’s side of the looking glass. I spent years trying to fix my health fixating on the symptoms all the while getting sicker. That was until I had a breakthrough moment that made me rethink my process. When in doubt always go back to the basics. To me, this meant focusing on nutrition. At the end of the day, what we eat directly determines what we can make. Our foods directly determine what building blocks our bodies can work with.
How to Eat Your Way to Better Health
When it comes to nutrition we struggle with providing our bodies with what they need. To be fair, the majority of it is not our fault. We are constantly conditioned to buy foods that we are told are healthy for us. But they are filled with toxins, chemicals, and fillers like sawdust. So while we pay extra for foods we think are healthy we are unknowingly poisoning ourselves and our family members. After years of suffering trying to do things with medications, it took me thirty days to take back my health by focusing on my nutrition.
Magically Delicious
I have seen the magic that nutrition can have on everyone’s health. When it comes to supporting your health and happiness the best thing anyone can do is focus on their nutrition. So if you are looking for nutrition that can do just that fixate on an anti-inflammatory diet. For those of you who are not sure of what consists of an anti-inflammatory diet reach for whole foods. If you are looking for a way to simplify it further grab foods without labels. At the end of the day, they shouldn’t have any ingredients other than themselves. If you need to grab foods that are premade reach for foods with ingredients whose names you can recognize.

Stir in half of the strawberries until well combined and mix in the rest. The batter should be wet, not runny.
