- 1/2 Cup Spinach
- 1/2 Apple Cubed and Frozen
- 1 Kiwi Cubed and Frozen
- 1/4 Cup Pineapple Cubed Frozen
- 1/4 Cup Blueberries Frozen
- 1 tsp Maca Powder
- 1 tsp Flax Seed Ground
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2 Coconut Bia Water
