Gluten Free Vegan Makes 2 Cups
- 1 Avocado
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- ½ Cup Cilantro
- 1 Jalapeno Ribs and Seeds Removed
- ½ Cup Parsley
- 1 Lime Juiced
- ½ Cup Water
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- ¼ Cup Pistachios
- ½ Cup Avocado Oil
- ¼ Cup Sunflower Seeds
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Store leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
