10 Push Ups
40 High Knees
30 Squats
20 Lunges (each leg)
30 Crunches
50 Jumping Jacks
15 Push Ups
1 Minute Plank
40 High Knees
20 Jumping Squats
30 Calf Raises
30 Crunches
50 Jumping Jacks
10 Push Ups
1 Minute Plank
40 High Knees
40 Squats
1 Minute Wall Sit
20 Leg Lifts (each leg)
30 Donkey Kicks (each leg)
20 Reverse Crunches
