Burst Workout Upper Body Routine

If your are looking to create toned and sculpted arms look no further. This workout routine will help you create the arms you have always wanted.

20 Push Ups
1 Minute Plank
20 Bicep Curls (each arm)
20 Large Arm Circles (each arm)
20 Small Arm Circles (each arm)
*Repeat 4 times

For best results you would want to do this routine a minimum of 3-4 times a week.
